Florida law requires renters to be 16 years of age, with a boater's license, or 22 years and older, without.
Riders over the age of 14 can drive a jet ski with another person who is at least 18 years old with a boater's license, or a 22 year old without the license. The older rider assumes all responsibility.
Renters must provide a credit card.
